Welcome to Daily Life Design

The Daily Life Design course is all about reclaiming our relationship with time. We’re here for a limited amount of time, and there’s only so much we can achieve day to day, year after year. What we want to do is prioritise our time in ways that feel good to us, so we can push away from structures that glorify busy.

We want to step out of the “who’s busiest” competition, reduce the feeling of hustle and over-productivity, and instead leverage all the systems, our personal brain wiring, tools, technology, and strategies that are available to us. The goal is to create and design our own blueprint — how we want to spend our time and how we want to show up in the world, doing the things we’re here to do — without burning out, without falling apart, and without constantly stacking more and more on our plate.

This course is really about working smarter, not harder, and freeing up space for the things that matter most.
