Visualisation
Visualisation isn’t “woo-woo.” It’s a scientifically and physiologically proven strategy that helps us achieve our goals in a more powerful, faster, and easier way. We’re starting to viscerally feel in our bodies what this business we’re creating—this life we’re creating—looks like and feels like. We’re beginning to make our vision an integrated part of ourselves.
We’re also setting up filters so we can recognise opportunities and say yes to the ones that are truly aligned. Our resources are finite, so whatever we say yes to means we’re automatically saying no to something else. These practices help us filter opportunities more effectively.
It’s about getting very clear. If we’re not clear within ourselves, it’s hard to be clear with our customers. If we’re not aligned, we’ll feel that misstep—and so will other people. People love authenticity, they love clarity, and they want to know what you stand for. If you’re fuzzy within yourself, your customers will feel that. So we’re strengthening this clarity from the inside out.
The other thing we’re doing is setting up some beautiful biofeedback that keeps you motivated as you move toward your goals. The more you believe in the visualisation and start to embody it, the more your brain gives you little hits of dopamine as you take steps toward it. Those “feel good” signals help keep your momentum going.
This visualisation activity is similar to others in the membership, and you’ll need to create some time and space to really lean into it. Please make sure you have about half an hour to an hour available to go through this whole process.
