Journalling

While you’re still in that calm, clear space from the visualisation move through the journaling prompts below

We will ground this into some very practical places as we go on in the membership and in this workshop, so for now don’t worry about what seems realistic. What we’re trying to do is create a life you’re excited about. We’re going to set up powerful systems in your business and inside your body, so let’s make sure they’re truly serving you and what you want most out of your life and out of this business.

Clarity & Alignment Writing Process

1. Write in the positive
Tune into the things you do want. Keep your language framed in the positive so your energy is directed toward what you’re calling in.

2. Be clear and specific
Add as much detail as you can—the more detail, the better. Don’t rush this part.

3. Keep asking yourself “why?”
After every statement you write, ask: Why do I want that?
The deeper answer is your real answer.

4. Check how it feels in your body
Read what you wrote and notice:

  • Does it feel calm?
  • Does it feel clear?
  • Does it feel exciting or aligned?

If it doesn’t feel like a “yes,” pause.

5. Rewrite anything that feels off
If it brings tightness in your tummy, feels contracted, confusing, or disconnected, ask yourself why that is.

6. Keep revisiting until it becomes a “yes”
Rewrite, refine, and re-feel it until it lands as a yes—aligned, expansive, steady in your body.
That sensation is what we’re looking for.
