Review
This is our chance to check what is and isn’t working. The beauty of the three-month plan is that we repeat this process every three months, giving us the opportunity to review the momentum of our business and adjust where necessary.
At this checkpoint, ask yourself:
- Are our goals still relevant and aligned with our vision?
- Are we using the right strategies to move forward?
- Do we need to outsource tasks that aren’t our strength or are taking too much time?
- Do we need to add skills to execute certain strategies more effectively?
- Do we need to reschedule tasks because of overestimation or unexpected life events?
These steps form the ROAR process. Every three months, complete this review to refine your goals, strategies, and execution. This table gives a clear, repeatable system to evaluate your goals and business strategies every three months, keeping your plan flexible, sustainable, and aligned with your vision.
ROAR Process
| Step | Action | Purpose |
